Palada Payasam, also known as Palada Pradhaman, is a creamy, milk- based dessert that’s a specialty of Kerala, India. It’s made with rice flakes (ada), milk, sugar, and other ingredients, and is often served during festivals like Onam.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Thaw the desired amount of product to room temperature.
- microwave at high temperature for 1-2 mins.
- Add milk as required if it thickens too much.
- Overheating will result in losing freshness.
- Do not refreeze the thawed product.
Additional information
A mix of fresh blood, British oats and barley, British pork fat, onion and spices. Fresh real blood pudding is very rare.
Fruit Pig black pudding is succulent and rich and incomparable to mass-produced, dried blood versions.
To cook: Slice, remove outer skin, quickly grill or fry both sides to ‘crozzle’ making sure inside is piping hot.
