Puttu : Rice, Grated Coconut, Iodised Salt.
Kadala Curry : Chickpeas, Tomato, Onion, Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Red Chilly, Green Chilly, Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Iodised Salt, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, Clove, Pepper, Coconut Oil, Mustard.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Thaw desired amount of product to room temperature. Place in a microwaveable bowl and microwave at high temperature for 1-2 min. Over heating will result in loosing freshness. Do not refreez thawed products.
