Tapioca Paal Kappa

Ingredients: 

Tapioca -medium sized (cut into blocks)
Coconut oil -1 tbsp
small onion -5 slit
Green chili ( 3 Slit by 2)
Curry leaves-2 springs
Red dry chili -(2 cut by half )
1 cup thin coconut milk
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup scrapped coconut


Method

Step 1: Clean the tapioca and cut them into cubes. Then cook them till 80% with salt and water.

Step 2 : Drained the starch from the tapioca and add the thin coconut milk and cook well.
Step 3: To a tempering pan add coconut oil, mustard seeds, small onions, dry red chili, green chili, curry leaves and sortie for a min., the add them to the cooked tapioca.

Step 4: Finally add scrapped coconut and the thick coconut milk and off the flame immediately. Paal Kappa is ready .The more it sits the more thicker it becomes so serve it Hot.
